Abbreviations: As a general rule, we do not use abbreviations other than state names. We charge by the word, and if you use abbreviations, they will be spelled out and you will be charged accordingly. This makes your ad much easier for our readers to understand.

Billing: We may bill you for your ad if you are a Casper area resident with a local address and phone number, subject to credit approval. There is a $15.00 (2 week) minimum. Bills are due the date the ad is published, and there is a $1.50 billing fee added each time we send a bill. We do not bill for these ads: Garage sales, moving sales, free items, and selling information.

Borders: You may put a border around your ad for an additional $5 per week.

Cancellations: You may cancel an ad anytime before Tuesday at 6pm. We will issue credit for the unused dollar amount on paid weeks only, if the ad has been paid. If the ad has not been paid, the bill will be adjusted. We do NOT issue cash refunds, and we do not give credit for free weeks.

Changes: You may change your ad anytime before Tuesday at 6pm. Items that are sold can be deleted, but no new items may be added. Prices can be changed or deleted.

Circulation: Our circulation is currently over 12,000 papers picked up each week in the Central Wyoming area.

Discrimination Policies: We are prohibited by Federal Law from accepting housing or employment ads that discriminate on the basis of race, sex, or age. Housing and employment ads may not say male, female, race, etc.

Distribution: Our distribution network covers the following areas in Central Wyoming: Casper, Glenrock, Douglas, Lusk, Glendo, Shoshoni, Edgerton, Kaycee, and Midwest. Quik Quarter is the largest Want Ad paper in this area!

Eyecatchers:You may put an eyecatcher at the top of your ad for an additional $3. This is a one time charge for the length of time you run the ad. Eyecatchers help your ad stand out!

Misprints: Quik Quarter makes every effort to ensure that your ad is correct. In the event of a mistake, Quik Quarter is not financially responsible for typographic errors or omissions. Liability shall not exceed the portion of space attributable to the error. Quik Quarter must be notified within 7 days of publication.

Personals: We do not accept personal ads (people looking for people), ads for strippers, dancers, or adult entertainment. We do not accept work at home ads. Ads must be for specific items for sale. All ads are subject to our policies regarding language and good taste.

Prepaid Ads: Prepaid ads must be paid before the date of publication by check, credit card or cash.

Sections: Your ad will be placed automatically the appropriate section.
Farm and Ranch: Livestock and equipment
Cars and Trucks: Vehicles, parts, tires and accessories
Real Estate: Houses, mobile homes, land, offices, rentals and sales.
Outdoor Fun Page: Motorcycles, RV's, camp trailers, snowmobiles, boats.
Miscellaneous: Everything else!

Service Directory: The Service Directory is always located on the inside back page of the paper, making it easy for people to find your ad.

Yearly Rates: Ads can be purchased for an entire year in advance at substantial savings. These ads must be prepaid. There are no refunds, no changes, and no replacement ads. Call for rates.
